"As always it was a great stay. The room was a bit smaller than last. At the beginning of the trip the customer service was great we were greeted and taken care of. At the end of the trip the person behind the front desk was not very friendly, she wasn’t at the desk but left a sign saying she would be right back. "The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain.
