"The beds were dirty, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were empty, and the toilet paper had already been used. It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests.
