Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... "Die Lage ist abseits vom Stadtzentrum, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel aber erreichbar. Das Zimmer wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, das Bett überhaupt nicht gemacht! Eine tägliche Leerung des Muelleimers, das war es dann. Die Klimaanlage scheint total veraltet zu sein. Lichtblick ist das Frühstück und das Restaurant. Der Spa ist robuste Hygiene, nichts für empfindliche Leute. Mehr Show als Wirklichkeit, u.a.fehlen im Becken bereits Kacheln und der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht. Stört das...

"This is my favourite hotel in Sofia, as I always stay here every time I visit Sofia. There is a nice Japanese sushi restaurant inside the hotel (Happy Sushi), and a delightful restaurant in seafood specialties (Captain Cook Restaurant)."

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."
