"Beautiful home on the hill with an infinity pool overlooking a private bay. This is a little piece of paradise outside the noise and the hustle and bustle of Hvar town, but only a 10 min drive away. The owner, Tony, is very friendly and accommodating and will drive you to town for 13 euros each way. It is about a 45 minute walk. Very secluded and peaceful! Perfect for a romantic get away or for families, but come prepared as there is nothing near by but 2 quite pricey restaurants. "

"Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world. "

"If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing but you’ll definitely need water shoes. "Loved our stay at Splendida Palace. The staff goes above and beyond. They really care. Dea at the front desk was fantastic and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, in a quiet street but a few minutes walk from the center of town. Our room was beautiful, very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful."
