"The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM."

"Keep looking for somewhere else to stay. Phone didn’t work. Light visible all around the entry door. Toilet seat not secured. Refrigerator gurgled like a boiling pot ALL NIGHT. Floor planks separating. Walls are thin and unbaffled—could clearly hear the people in the adjacent room, though talking at a normal volume, ALL NIGHT LONG. This was the worst night “sleep” I’ve had at a hotel. I’ve stayed at a number of other Best Westerns but it has been a while. If this is now typical, the brand has really gone downhill."

"We stayed at this hotel for a concert at Notre Dame! It was a great choice! The hotel was very clean with very comfy beds! It’s in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants! The staff was great! "
