"Upon arrival, there were two males at the front desk, Mike was checking other guests in and the other just sat there (he never so much as greeted me). Mike was annoyed that I wanted to change my credit card for payment and then huffed “I only have rooms on the 3rd floor available.” After the less than welcoming check in, we were never spoken to again as we passed through the lobby.
The room was CLEAN!!!! Always my biggest concern.
Based on cleanliness and location to Pond Hill Ranch, I’d stay again but I will get rid of any expectations of warm hospitality."
