"The staff was very nice and helpful but the pool had ants in it and there wasnt many options for breakfast. The shower was very slippery, it needs a grab bar inside of the shower not just outside of it, and the room handles were hard to open"

"The hotel was actually nice. BUT the bed was from the 1800. Seriously this bed had springs in it when laying in bed you rolled into the center from it being so old. You sunk into the bed. I maybe got 2 hrs out of the 8 I tried to sleep even took the cushions from the couch and put them on the floor and tried to sleep on them. My husband just gave up and slept on the floor. I have never had such a horrible experience.!!!!"

"There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation."

"This was a great, inexpensive place to stay. My room was fresh and modern (USB plugs in multiple places, for example) and well-appointed. It was a quick stay so I didn't have breakfast or use the facilities, though I did peek in on them and they looked nice. Friendly staff."

"We had a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. It was too hot, but they also had a BB court and tether ball as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for any needs or requests we had."

A little frustrating that the online check in prior to arrival stated check in was at 2pm, however, when we arrived at 2:30p, we were told we could not check in until 3p as there were no rooms clean. Very happy with the price. The staff was very friendly. Easy access on/off the toll road."
