"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this property has positive reviews. The photos and description are completely misleading.
The level of cleanliness was shocking. The towels had stains, the pillows had stains, and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable the moment I walked in.
