"Convenience: located within the medieval walls of Rothenburg. The valet parked our car, and we walked everywhere. Close to restaurants, activities, and shops. Runs a little like a BNB. Beautiful: the area is gorgeous, and the hotel is 750+ years old, which makes it charming and interesting. Food: dinner is amazing - the best meal we had in Germany and Austria on a 2-week trip. NOTE: the restaurant closes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so make an effort to get there on the other days - well worth...

"Beautiful grounds and an amazing property. Quick walk to town via some stairs. Maybe 10 minutes. Very good breakfast and helpful stafff at the hotel. Free parking was a plus as well. We booked an economy room. It was quite clean except for the old rug by the bed. I would get rid of that and just have the hardwood floors. Small room but adequate for our stay. It was cool during our stay but nights could be warm in n the summer."

"For the one night we stayed it was good. Clean room, comfortable bed and great location. We didn’t purchase the breakfast so can’t comment on the food. We would stay there again. One final note, there is no air conditioning in the room but a fan was provided. Luckily when we stayed it wasn’t too hot so it worked out good. My only other recommendation would be to add blackout blinds or curtains as there were lots of windows with very early sunlight coming into the room."

"Large room, comfy beds, and we also had a small balcony. Parking garage in the middle of the city, within wall, walking distance to everything! Nice breakfast. Even the distribution machine had nice beer and wine! We really enjoyed our stay. We recommend this hotel."

"日本からです🇯🇵 当初、ローテンブルクの別のホテルを２泊とってたのですがそこのホテルが嫌で急遽当日の９時半に取り直し、時間的にも荷物だけを置かせてもらって観光に行くつもりでしたが、なんとそんな早い時間でも受け入れて部屋に通してくれました。 エレベーターがないのですが荷物も運んでくれ、レストラン併設ですので朝食もとても素晴らしく、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれてとてもいいホテルでした！ 中心地ど真ん中ですのでローテンブルク滞在時にはおすすめです！ スタッフ４人と接しましたがみなさんとても親切でした！ またシュネーバルを食べるなら、隣の店舗がおすすめです⭐︎"

"Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds and linens. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet. Gorgeous views from our windows and from the large dining room. Easy parking. Great staff, especially Simon. Only complaint is that our schedule didn’t afford more time there."

"Solo traveler staying a couple of nights in town and wanted to be within the walls of the city. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for my needs and even had a bathtub so I was able to do a quick load of laundry as I’m currently in the middle of my journey from hiking the alps and making my way around the county. Room was affordable and perfect, my only regret is I wished I would have tried the restaurant attached as their spring menu looked fantastic."
