The phone number they gave me did not work. They never sent me the correct address of the supposed place. They never responded to my concerns. I demand my money back."

"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . "We did not get to check in at all as the property was inaccessible by our driver in his car. The road in was not paved and our driver thought only a 4 wheel drive could drive on it. The driver called the hotel and requested them to fetch us in but it didn’t happen. We had to book another hotel last minute"
