"Loved Our Room, On the small Side but had a Micro, a Fridge and Coffee Maker..Excellent Location near River, Easy Drive to Lava downtown...Front Desk Staff were Fantastic..Friendly, Outgoing and Very Helpful....Definitely would Stay here Again...Did I mention "Very Comfy Beds""

"We love coming to the Riverside Hotel and have for years. Every member on the staff is so helpful, so patient, so kind. David and Ashley on the front desk are so fun and cute. The tall slim fellow that helped us out with our luggage (I’m sorry we didn’t get his name) but the day we got there he was vacuuming the front office area. Then I saw him lugging out several bundles of linen from the hotel to the drop off container for the laundry services to pick up. This man is a “one-man-band”! The homemade cinnamon rolls and bear claws were delicious. Thank you staff-for once again making our stay so relaxing. Jim & Gayla Shupe"

"Calling to check in was a bit confusing cause the phone number provided in one email wasn't correct. Once I found another number listed I was helped and taken care of by the friendly staff. The area was clean and the rooms were decent. Has a small kitchen and fridge to cook or store food and there's AC unit. There was a TV to watch but didn't utilize it. The room was clean and nice place to stay the night. 15 minutes from lava hot springs so was convient."
