Sehr sauberes Zimmer leider wurde nicht automatisch am nächsten Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt dies muss man an der Rezeption am Tage zuvor anmelden.

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Sonnenhof. Unsere Suite war sehr großzügig und sauber. Der Spa-/Poolbereich ist sehr groß und schön. An einigen Stellen wird noch renoviert. Der derzeitige Personalmangel wird durch die zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter aufgefangen. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform - reichlich und lecker. Die vielen schlechten Kritiken können wir nicht nachvollziehen! Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten sind vorhanden, aber darüber haben wir gerne hinweg gesehen, denn hier erhält man einen Aufenthalt im 4-Sterne-Hotel zu einem Top-Neueröffnungs-Preis. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊
