The location is absolutely prime, within easy walking distance of Times Square and Rockefeller Center, with so many great places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. It was the perfect base for my NYC adventure.
The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for New York, but I paid extra for an Empire State Building view room and the view definitely made it worthwhile! 🌆✨ Waking up to that view was pretty special.
What really stood out, though, was the staff and how incredibly helpful they were. My luggage went missing at the airport, and Toni went above and beyond by finding the USA number I needed to call the airline and letting me make the call from my hotel room.
My luggage eventually had to be couriered to the hotel at the end of my stay and the staff were waiting for it almost as eagerly as I was! 😂 They called me immediately when it arrived, which was such a lovely touch.
Friendly, genuinely helpful staff, a brilliant location and an amazing Empire State Building view. I’d definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
