"Staff were consistently rude and unapproachable to both myself and my wife, which completely took away from what was meant to be our honeymoon. At times, we were simply ignored, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort of this standard. When we tried to book the spa, the staff there told us it was fully booked in a dismissive and borderline hostile manner. "Emplacement chambre à l'arrière très calme mais aucun aménagement sur le balcon. Petit déjeuner fourni mais omelette vraiment infâme sûrement pas faite avec des vrais œufs. Parking proche mais porte d'entrée défectueuse d'où manque de sécurité , le personnel a fait mine de ne pas savoir , nous sommes convaincus du contraire. Bar fermé le samedi soir et le dimanche !!! "We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨. Was so perfect that we didn't go out much on the evenings😃 The swimming pool and a bubble pool are warmed and very nice...
