"Room had bugs and was not clean. Smelled bad. Various liquids on the floor. Would not give us a refund enough though I did not end up staying here. Do not recommend. "

"Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them."

"Nancy was helpful. But one staff called to report a chair that was broken when he checked in, and asked for a replacement chair. He was told that was not an option."

"The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it...

"The tubs could've been cleaner, had less hard water, and the WiFi could've been less spotty but overall the hotel was very immaculate, had excellent waitstaff, a nice large pool, a separate area for smoking which is a lifesaver for an asthmatic and decent breakfast offerings. You really can't complain. If this was an apartment It wouldn't be decent "

"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, even for just one night. The rooms were in terrible condition, with very poor lighting, and the bathroom drainage did not work. The entire room was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The front desk service was also very disappointing and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was their handling of the security deposit, which felt dishonest and misleading. They would not respond properly to customer service calls...

"The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

"The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. We love this motel and will definitely be back to stay again."
