"Very disappointed in our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean but if I knew the restaurant and bar was no longer available, I wouldn’t have booked here. Check in is at 3pm and some of my friends couldn’t get in their rooms until after 5pm, the water slide was broken apart and not available, and the restaurant/bar was closed which was the only reason i booked here as we had a large group. We had to do the most just to be able to be together and then got talked to about a noise complaint after spending $800 for our group to stay there. I usually love this place but I won’t be back until the restaurant opens."

"I put in a special request and someone responded immediately. All the staff was friendly. Amenities like cold water, cookies and games in the lobby were nice. Breakfast was good and the area was well maintained. Food was warm and filled when needed. Our room was immaculately cleaned. Other visitors were respectful and quiet. Even the halls were clean. It is a safe area with things nearby."

"Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced."
