"The property is spread wide. Pending where you’ll be located, you might be isolated. They do have a shuttle that runs between the different properties but it wasn’t too clear how it ran. The only restaurant on our side of the proposals close during the entire stay. Housekeeping must be contacted to get your room cleaned but even when called coffee or soaps don’t get replaced. Registration desk doesn’t have enough attention and the wait was very long before we could get checked in."

"Having booked a 3 day stay for approx $1,000 , I was NOT expecting to pay for PARKING @ $20.00 per day....i think that is a ridiculous expectation to pay to park on the hotel property. Also didn't feel there was enough of the water park for the price....the Cabana rental for the day was $200 , also a Ridiculous price to pay.... Overall I felt the Staff was Great, but what you get for the price you pay was not worth coming back. The room I rented was a Loft, which was pretty nice, nothing...
