Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. "Despite nice and helpful staff, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained in both rooms we stayed in. Key features were sticky floors, bathroom leaks, water damage. The room fob system malfunctioned and the poor staffer had to completely take apart the mechanism and override it. Oh and the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand and they never repaired it.
