Die Reinigung im Bad könnte etwas gründlicher sein, insbesondere die Wasserhähne im Badezimmer, die bei der Dusche ziemlich angegriffen waren. Auch die Beistelltische könnten öfter entstaubt werden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr praktisch, um Lebensmittel und Getränke kühl zu halten. Die...

"Excellent location if you plan to go to Montserrat Monastery. On the morning of our trip, we left by car at 8:20 am and got to the railway station platform by 8:28 for an 8:30 departure— yes literally 8 minutes which even included time to park and purchase tickets for the cogwheel train up to the monastery. We needed to get there by 8:45-8:50 (ride was 15-20 minutes) to make it to our timed entry to the Black Madonna at 9:00 to avoid heavy crowds and have a more solemn experience. Our unit was...

"Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."

"The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!"
