"I was shocked when Sandy the check in clerk told me that I had a Handicap room with no bathtub. I did not ask for that, I was shown on the advertisement a nice room with bathtub!. I asked to switch to a better room and she said all rooms were taken but online it showed 7 rooms available. Advertisement showed swimming but Sandra told me that the pool and hottub were not available, this was unacceptable. That night around 2:am there was pounding from the room next door, This happened several times and still were not accommodated.
If this wasn't enough the continental breakfast was a embarrassing. It was open from 6-9am, I got there 7:00am and coffee dispensers were empty. The only thing offered were a few muffins, a few waffles in a glass cabinet, some cornflake, chery punch. No orange juice or any fruits offered.
The next day I asked her if there were any rooms available to switch to but she said all rooms were taken, BUT again I looked on line and it said there were some rooms available. I showed Sandra the screen of rooms available and she began to flutter, her voice changed and I knew that she was only making excuses not to give me a better room. She told me "IT IS WHAT IT IS" several times during my stay.
The bathroom toilet paper holder fell apart when I touched it.
The bed was very lumpy, and the pillows were like pancakes, and it was pulling teeth to get an extra one. I asked for a discount and again Sandy said IT IS WHAT IT.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this MOTEL!!!
