"I was a little skeptical about this place based on previous reviews but found it to be clean and comfortable and the amenities were quite sufficient. The staff person we met with was excellent. We had difficulty with the TV and she was at our door in under 5 minutes and we had a replacement TV immediately. The location is perfect, close to beach access, short distance to the grocery store and other fun shops. The only area I would rate less than optimal was the breakfast, It was mostly "continental" except for the waffle maker, and although we were there 10 minutes after the start time, the coffee was gone, and there was no one present to tell them. Other than that, it was a great stay. P.S. This hotel also has multiple names, listed as Americas Best, but sign in front of location is Ocean Shores Resort, and can be confusing, we used the address to locate it."
