"Had to climb 18 steep steps to reach the unit. (Only 6 of their units are ground floor) No restaurant, bar or even a cafe on site and 25 minutes walk to a supermarket and liquor store. Venue really only suits guests who have a car. BUT a very large unit with an equipped kitchen, in a quiet area."

"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!"

"Communication and check in was seamless. Rooms were clean, however some kitchen items had still some food residue on it. Pool area is great, we didn't get to enjoy it due to the colder weather. The buildings and apartment look a bit tired. For what I payed, I expected a higher standard."

"The room was clean and tidy, hotel was close to esplanade , the bathroom was a bit dated. Not a large pool but a nice area including BBQ. Overall good value for the price, We would be happy to stay again when in Cairns next time"
