Room was very clean and no issues there. There are some undisclosed fees on hotels.com including a $75 pet fee per animal per day nonrefundable. Also a click and hold fee Quiring a credit card for $100. Again undisclosed on the reservation search engine. Also the morning desk clerk Monday, December 22 at at 7 AM was abrasive and inhospitable.
