"A great find in packed midtown location. But, i didn’t mind it at all because the F train downtown is a corner away. My first time in a Motto property and it didn’t disappoint. Aside from a sleek design, staff were wonderful and accommodating. And yes, the minimal destination fee gives you more like a $10 F and B credit at the coffee shop daily and ij the bar / restaurant. Wish there was an on site gym but perhaps in other cities. Will be back to stay at Motto again. Keep it up !"

"We had a great stay overall. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, which was exactly what we expected based on the hotel's description and other reviews. That said, they were very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The space was used efficiently, making the room feel functional despite its size. The staff was one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always willing to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. If you know you're booking a compact NYC hotel room, this is a great option thanks to its cleanliness, smart layout, and excellent service."
