"Our room with a king bed was spacious and comfortable. We chose to have housekeeping each day of our 4 day stay, so there were fresh towels each day and new cartons of water to replenish those we used. The restaurant food was expensive but plentiful, well prepared, and delicious. We were traveling with children and found the staff accommodating to our needs for room service and food allergies. The location was convenient to shopping on Walnut and Chestnut Streets and and also to the museums along the Parkway and a just a short walk away from Reading Terminal Market and the historic district in Old City. I would return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"The room was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good, I enjoyed it. I didn’t need the shuttle service but it’s nice to know that it’s available for the customers. I suggest more lighting in the bathroom and perhaps a larger trashcan in the rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to next year."
