"Property was under construction with work starting before 8 AM. AC in the room was horribly loud and did not work. Overnight parking was $10 and was not mentioned on Expedia’s website. On a positive note the location is phenomenal. 1 block away from Old town. 5 minute walk to the Golden 1 center. Maybe when the construction is done it will be better."
"Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable lounge area besides the check in lobby, no parking, restaurant is wildly over priced. My mother's day get away was awful. Thank you Hyatt Centric "
"Customer service is horrible. Staff is not friendly or helpful, long wait times for any concerns that need to be addressed. The hotel is advertised as a convenient location for customers traveling in and out of the Sacramento Airport but amenities like breakfast are not offered until 7am. If you have a flight that leaves at 8am or even 9am you have over paid for a hotel that makes it difficult to take advantage of the amenities advertised as part of the hotel package. The hotel is clean."

When I arrived and opened the cabinet door to place our food in the refrigerator, the door immediately fell off because it was broken. I called twice requesting it to be fixed, but nothing was done.
Later that night, when I sat on the bed in Room 130, the bed leaned heavily to one side and felt broken. I contacted maintenance, but I was told it was too late (around 9:30 PM) to repair it. They did offer another room, but since I was traveling with my children and we had two connected rooms, moving was not really possible because there were no other connected rooms available.
The next morning, I tried to make coffee, but the coffee machine in the room was not working. I called the front desk, and they told me I could get coffee from the restaurant instead. However, when I went there, the server only allowed me one cup and said each guest needed to come personally. I understand the policy, but the front desk had informed me that since our coffee machine was broken, I could get coffee for all four of us. In the end, I only took one cup because it was not worth arguing over, and I could easily buy coffee elsewhere.
Unfortunately, the issues continued. When I went to take a shower, there was a medium-sized c"
