"Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. "The staff was totally amazing! I came to breakfast with our 2 boys and Dale ran over and helped get one in a high chair and a sweet woman came over and asked if she could turn the tv on cartoons for them. The service and care was crazy good."
