"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Colonial Inn. First, I was placed in a smoking room—something I didn’t even realize still existed. The smell was overwhelming and completely unacceptable. It was so bad that we had to keep the windows open the entire time and even went out to buy a candle just to make the room somewhat bearable.
