"Staff great. Room was a bit run down, the door on the mini fridge broken, shower stall & bathroom looking not well maintained. It was really annoying that the Dick's Sporting Goods across the street broadcasts music outdoors ALL night. Not great for street facing windows."

"What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place"
