"Clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location!"

"The hotel is in the perfect location! For that reason alone we would stay again. However there was only one working elevator for all 26 floors and that was horrible. It took so long to get up for down (we were on floor 16 so couldn’t even do the stairs). If that’s fixed, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC trip! Steps away from the subway, Central Park and Times Square! So many places like Starbucks, Premier Deli, Dunkin and endless gift shops around the property. We stayed with our kids and it was such a great area to be with them. "

"The rooms had mold in the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom vents, with rust in the corners of the door and the paint chipping off everywhere. The sink had mold all around the ledges. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, was old and rust was everywhere inside. The room was outdated, and nothing looked "new" from the last 20 years. "

"The room was generally clean but dated which is ok. I had a minor issue with the tv and the staff responded immediately and fixed it. The quick reply was appreciated. "

"The lobby amenities were very nice and good. The elevators…get your act together! They were so very unreliable. The service elevators were more reliable and used by me and my family. Rooms were nice and comfortable, staff was very friendly!"
