We stay at a different hotel and had a horrible night, so we decided to change hotels and stay another night. We picked Super 8, and it was wonderful. The room was huge, compared to other rooms we stayed in. Nice and comfortable beds. It was just a wonderful hotel!

Staff support lacking.Issue wirh cleanliness of room. Heat not working, was given a space heater that did not work. Then given another space heater instead of offering or providing a room change. There was suppose to be breakfast available wirh price. Not so. If homeless and seeking a roof over your head with no other options this hotel may be ok. If hoping for a clean, heated room with an edible breakfast this would not be. Also no response from Customer Support

They offered room service upon check in, but I declined because I assumed the room was ready. We entered the room and the beds were not made, there were no towels, and it looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. I went back down to ask for room service and it took an hour or so to get everything set up as it should've been.

The horrible lady working the front office on the evening shift was rude and completely unprofessional. I had to call the owner to get her to do her job. She was pissed and was hateful and threatened to not rent me the room even though I had already paid for it.
