"The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation."

"Upon check in the lady at the front desk added a $50 pet fee that was not told to me on website and I did not see a place to let them know there was a small dog. She stated she could not do anything because I went through Expedia. I had to accept the fee because we were from out of town and had no options. When we entered our room there was a massive stain on the bedspread, and a dirty balled up Kleenex in the box. I requested a new room. When we got in that room there was a putrid smell....

"We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place."

"We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. "Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! ."

"I'll say the only good thing about this place is they have an okay breakfast! They have a local baker and makes muffins I believe and they seem to be pretty good!"
