This is a reasonable and clean space. 1 TV in the livingroom is disappointing if you have multiple ages and family members. Gym is impossible to find without asking for help. Lack of parking availability is a big issue. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and also becomes a paid parking lot on the weekends. Spaces reserved for Hughes with never a car in them but no spaces reserved for the Mint Hotel. It is quite possible, you will be sent a block or more away looking for parking, have to double pay (maybe get it refunded if you're lucky) and have to haul groceries/luggage. Since you have to pay a parking fee to begin with, this is a massive disappointment.

The coffee machine did not work. Also, for those traveling with family/children it should noted only one TV is available for the property (no tv in the bedrooms).

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown Greenville and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The entire facility was spotless and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the virtual front desk—it was quick, easy to use, and made the whole experience feel smooth and modern. The only small downside was the pull-out couch mattress, which was a bit thin and you could feel the metal bars, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from that minor issue, everything about our stay was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville! 😊

I had an overall positive experience during my stay. The check-in process was seamless and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free. I also appreciated how easy it was to access customer service whenever I needed assistance. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, one downside was the noise early in the morning. Around 5:00 a.m., I was awakened by what sounded like furniture being moved around in the unit above, along with quite a bit of bumping and rumbling. Unfortunately, that disrupted my sleep. Aside from the early morning noise, everything else about the stay was enjoyable. Dr. Newton

The room was beautiful and very clean. The check-in process was extremely difficult. I couldn't finish checkin as requested from the original email and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with them to complete that process and gain access to the building. Then my code to my room did not work, which prompted another call. Then I had to follow a third link to pay for parking. I do not like staying somewhere that does not have staff on site. As much as I enjoyed the room, I will not likely stay here again.

The room was amazing overall. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the temperature in the room. We had 30 degree weather last night Greenville. The air was on in the room and there wasn’t a way to adjust the thermostat. There isn’t an onsite representative so we were cold the entire night.

The check in process was rough, terrible! It would help to have someone on site for questions. Couldn’t get in the building because my room number was incorrect in the written check in instructions. Please be a lot clearer in the check in process. It was very confusing! It would help if you send the email at least one day before instead of one hour before to accommodate those driving out of state and also those type A personalities planners!. Also, to allow travelers to purchase the parking decal. Otherwise, I love that the hotel as it was close to everything. The area was soooo beautiful! The shower was lukewarm. I love my shower super hot to make it enjoyable.

There was no staff on site. The room was not completely clean. There was dust and dirt in areas. The jack and Jill bathroom tub drain would not drain. The kitchen water faucet had no water pressure because the aerator was put in backwards.

No complaints! Loved how spacious the apartment was. Felt like we could actually live there. Quiet too. Enjoyed a free orange theory class and many walks to the close downtown park and restaurants.

We have stayed here before and it was great but I was a little disappointed this time. We had issues getting into our room. Once in our room, the TV had issues and one of the showers did not drain very well. Overall, it was not that big of a deal, but I expected better based off my prior experience.

The location is amazing. One block off Main Street which opens up tons of options for coffee shops, dining, shopping, recreation and sight-seeing. The parking is stressful as it is also a public lot and there is not a guarantee of a spot even if you have a pre-paid parking pass. The access code I received to get into my unit did not work which was resolved, but a huge inconvenience and created unnecessary stress.

This was a very nice place to stay for a decent price. It was just one block from main street and very walkable. The Mint House customer service reps are very prompt in answering questions. We hope to be able to return in the near future.
