"I have to say I was very very impressed with the room we stayed in. The only issue i had was that the jacuzzi tub room i reserved, the tub was smaller than what I anticipated. It could barely fit 2 people. But the room itself was very impressive. And the lady at the front desk was one of the kindest Ive ever met. "

"This feels like a brand new property and I love the concept. My one bedroom was huge for one person and I loved the full kitchen, living room area and bedroom. Feels like a room away from home! Note that this place differs from a “full service” hotel in that the front desk is not staffed 24/7. My flight was getting in late so I called them and they said not to worry. I called the desk after arriving and the on-site manager personally delivered my key! Would definitely stay here again. "

The volume switch on remote will lower the sound, but it takes a long time to reduce the volume. Apologies to anyone in an adjoining room. Secondly, the hair dryer was wonky. The switch on the dryer did not work (broken). The only way to use was to press the reset button on the plug to get it to come on (at high temp, no low temp...
