"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely astounding! The food was delicious, with a great selection, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Having such enjoyable dining options available made the experience even better. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Alyssa at the front desk. Anytime we needed anything additional, she was extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Even during a particularly busy period when the front desk became overwhelmed with guests, Alyssa maintained a positive, welcoming, and professional attitude. I was especially impressed that she was managing the front desk on her own while still making every effort to acknowledge and assist each guest. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Employees like Alyssa truly make a difference in a guest’s experience, and she is definitely an asset to the hotel. Between the beautiful, clean accommodations, the amazing breakfast and dinner buffets, and the outstanding customer service, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!"

"The Night Auditor KeKe was so kind and patient! I booked through Hotels.com and Afterpay and it took them awhile to get the virtual card to process. KeKe put my mind to ease. She was quick, efficient and empathetic! The room was better than I envisioned. I would definitely stay here again!"
