Housekeeping did well, went above and beyond - surprised us with a bubble bath, towels in shape of hearts with rose petals; beach area needs to be cleaned up better - cigarette butts left in sand, some trash not picked up; friendly staff; even with dinner reservations had to wait longer for table and service - at Zen and at Calypso -food was delicious with the hibachi grill and coconut crusted snapper and cod fritters - would have loved to see more mango, papaya fruits at breakfast buffet, more options for seafood - conch fritters. Room was amazing with swim-out pool area; liked the steel drum performer and the sunset beach dinner.

Overall my stay was great everything was clean the staff was very nice and helpful. However I stayed on the Hideaway side which was supposed to be adults only it was not adults only.The only thing adults only are your rooms all the amenities, shows and activities are shared there are no adult only activities at this property. The food was not that great either many times it was cold or things were out and it took a really long time for it to get refilled or it never got refilled.

We had a really nice stay overall. The staff was fun, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. Our concierge, Nasha, was definitely the highlight—she was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The team at the Hideaway lobby was especially helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. Our Luxury Presidential Suite was absolutely stunning, and the wraparound ocean-view balcony quickly became our favorite spot to enjoy a cup of the delicious Blue Mountain coffee each morning while taking in the breathtaking views. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the elegant, modern main lobby makes an unforgettable first impression, with a spectacular view of the ocean the moment you walk in. The dining was another highlight of our stay. We especially enjoyed the perfectly cooked steak and the snapper fillet at Dorado—both were absolutely delicious. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches—even neatly lining up my shoes! A special thank you to Tashael, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The Hideaway offered the perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and hospitality, making our anniversary getaway special. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Caribbean vacation.

I can't speak for the Royalton as a whole, but the hideaway staff was amazing! All inclusive resorts have never been an interest to me. I went because friends love it and I trust them. I am not a convert but I can honestly say it was a great experience. The amenities and food were good but the staff felt like my family. So a very special thanks to (and I won't give out full names) Tash, Gar, Est, Nat, and Dar.
