The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle.

It’s ok for in and out in a short visit the staff are nice but the pool had no amenities not even water to drink if you did ask SORRY WE ARE OUT even the front desk was no help and for love of god don’t offer breakfast if it’s like shortage of food in Mexico !??? Let me tell you I have had many hotels breakfast and this one too it ALL first you have to come to front desk and get a TICKET then go next door shabby restaurant and Gus’s what you are entitled to 2white toast 1small package of jam and ball of butter and water down coffee plus few pieces of fruit BUT NO SUBSTITUTE!and no second! Anything else you pay yourself and is more so please don’t bother go somewhere else for breakfast or another hotel with some food the only good thing is that it was close to more food and attractions which so we’re 1000 more hotel in the same area

Great location, walking distance to restaurant, the historic center, and shopping. Having a parking garage walking distance was a plus. It had a restaurant on premise, very helpful. The room needed upgrading, The room had a strong odor. The bathroom was small, not enough space to place personal items needed. It also needs an upgrading.

The location is helpful if you want walking access to Centro and access to public transportation. Streets around were unkept and some unhoused individuals. Our room showed significant wear and tare in the bathroom. Room was a bit small. Roof top pool was nice and provided nice views of the city. No early check-in was available and receptionist not too eager to assist with accommodating our early arrival.

AC was not working in our room so I ask the lady in the front office if we could change rooms do to the issue , she said defenetly not because she had to note our room as "need to clean " cause we were there for 1 hr , so they send a technician to check the AC while we stood outside for 2 hrs , so dont expect much customer service here
