Un precio muy accesible y un lugar cómodo, lo que me pareció muy mal es que no den a conocer que NO tienen estacionamiento en una ciudad tan compleja como GDL y más en la zona que se ubican. Otro tema que me parece engañoso es que muestren fotos de otro inmueble como si se tratara del hotel, las fotos del portal corresponden a un desarrollo que está a la vuelta no al Hotel Concordia lo cual es un engaño

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, sin embargo, la habitación estaba sucia y con los muebles descuidados, la cerradura de la habitación se atoraba y era de muy mala calidad, en cuanto al servicio no me pusieron controles de TV, ni del clima y no me dieron la clave de internet. Lo peor de todo fue que el hotel se quedó sin agua varias horas durante la mañana provocando muchas molestias a todos los huéspedes. Piénsenlo bien antes de elegirlo porque aparentemente es “barato” pero no cumple con los servicios básicos.

Su ubicación excelente Chapultepec, Únicamente. No me gusto su aseo,primer piso (planta baja) sin aire acondicionado Segundo piso si tenia aire acondicionado pero sin elevador (en reparación) Falta de tapete en baño Sin comunicación a recepción (sin red telefónica) hay que bajar a recepción a solicitar Falta total de vocación hotelera. No recomendable

El colchón estaba en muy mal estado. Se hundía por completo de la mitad en adelante. Tiene cortinas blackout, pero como una pared es de vidrio, toda la luz del pasillo entraba por la parte superior (luz que gran parte de la noche permaneció encendida), por lo que no pudimos descansar en toda la noche. Al darnos un baño, nos dimos cuenta que el agua tenía una coloración amarilla.
