This was the first time staying at this hotel. The entire experience was a delight . The standout part for me was the outstanding customer service. The people who were working at the front desk were billingual, informative and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. Internet excellent, including English channels and Netflix’s. The location is also outstanding. Will definitely stay here again . Not sure why this hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel. It is one of the delightful travel experiences I have had in Mexico. And we usually stay at 5 star hotels !
