Great Location / Great Price

The Hotel was clean and comfortable operated by a nice and helpful staff. The biggest pro about this hotel was its excellent location! Located only a couple hundred yards / meters from the main square. I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet but the buffet was located in a very nearby hotel, wasn’t a problem.

Is next to a club, so loud we couldn't sleep. The room was very hot and the shower didn't drained properly. We had no sleep. We asked, why do you rent that room? They didn't have an answer. They had no courtesy to change us to another room or anything.

This hotel is close to everything a turist wants to see. Has no parking. The closest lot is Aloso Parking lot they charge by hr like $25 pesos. Better to not leave the car overnight or few days bc it’s expensive. The parking lot its like 2 mins from the hotel. There is on street parking infront of the hotel. This hotel has hot water but no AC We visited fall season and no ac was needed. They offer laundry service. I gave them around 10 peaces of clothing and was charged $150 pesos. The service is not perfect one shirt had soap stains on it. I had to wipe it off with a damp towel. The tv had no channels.

What a pleasant surprise... I was a guest during MEX Independence celebrations in Sept 2023. There are nicer hotels in the area; however, they are much more expensive. The location is close to everything and the room I got had double layered windows that cut noise levels dramatically. I stayed in room # 41. It faces Calle Alonso. Furthermore, the site has an elevator and that helped with my bad knee. The breakfast was off site and ok. I only went once. I didn't give the site five stars because: THE ROOMS HAVE NO AC - SO, BE WARNED ABOUT STAYING HERE DURING HOT MONTHS. I just opened my room window and used the ceiling fan. I had no problem getting good night rest because I always travel with ear plugs and the street noise didn't bother me.

Nos encantó hospedarnos aquí. Es un hotel más sencillo que el resto, pero no menos encantador. El servicio de Chuy fue la cereza del pastel. Siempre fue amable y tenía la intención de que la pasáramos bien. Es un hotel muy lindo, pero Chuy hace que este sea el mejor hotel de Guanajuato.

La atención en el desayuno que incluye el hospedaje es muy mala. Al llegar a tomar el desayuno me preguntaron de manera muy grosera si si tenía boleto para ello; sin embargo lo peor fue cuando me ofrecieron algo de tomar y al solicitar un té me hicieron esperarlo 30 minutos para al final decirme "puede ir a tomarlo a tal espacio", mientras en las demás mesas si les acercaban todo. No sé si fue porque yo era alguien joven y sola en una mesa, pero a las demás familias las atendían de manera súper buena frente a mi y yo me llevé tremendo sabor amargo.
