Hotels.com has the wrong placement of the hotel on the map - very misleading. I booked based on the location as I had business within a short distance from the supposed location on the map. No staff spoke English, got the wrong room as compared to what I booked for. Staff couldn’t help as communication was impossible.

소강소역에서 9분 걸어가면 된다고했지만 찾을 수 없었습니다 호텔측에서는 체육서로역에 내려서 걸어라고 했지만 둘째날도 찾을 수 없었습니다 호텔시설은 깔끔하고 좋은데 호텔건물에 클럽으로 보이는 노래방이 있었지만 시끄럽진 않았습니다 중국어를 모르는 사람은 찾아가기 힘든 호텔이므로 중국어주소를 적어서 택시기사에게 보여주세요 참고로 바가지는 조금 감안하시길..

Clean, tidy hotel room. Comfortable bed & pillow. Sufficient space inside the room. Breakfast is just OK, not many choices. No international TV channels available. No English translation on all labels for shampoo, shower gel etc.

Big, clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staffs at the front desk. Hi speed internet WiFi but no international TV channels are available in the rooms. Bearkfast is OK but the staffs at the restaurant needs more training.

New, clean hotel, 15 mins walk from 3 malls

Hotel is new and clean. Beddings were clean. Upgraded room was spacious. There was a karaoke place on the 5th floor and it was quite noisy at night. 15 minutes walk from 3 malls. Overall it was a great deal!

The hotel was formerly known as Vienna Hotel. The hotel been refurbished and renovated and is now known as Atour Hotel. It's located in Guangzhou Tianhe district. Taxi drivers does not know the hotel even by its chinese name. You may want to mention its next to sofitel. Hotel was opened mid 2016. There is a chinese restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel. Serves chinese cuisine visited by quite a number of locals. -Breakfast:- Hotel serves breakfast at cny48 ( if not included in room rate). Breakfast is acceptable at the rate of cny48. Breakfast varieties:- buns, croissant ,tarts,sandwiches,porridge , soup noodles ,fried noodles ,vege, meat , cereals , juice, coffee ,milk etc. Cleanliness:- New hotel so clean. Room ventilation ought be improved. Hotel lift lobby is just next restaurant and therefore there was some "oil"( indescribable) scent. Hotel offers diy free laundry. There are 2 units of washing machine and one dryer. Detergent and antiseptic liquid are provided by hotel - very thoughtful of the hotel.There is a karaoke and convenient store in this hotel. -Location:- About 1 km walk from the busy area of Tee Mall and the Metro train station. May not be so convenient for a lady to walk alone to/ from the metro station at night as some stretches of road are quiet and dark. Ladies may want to consider the Royal Hotel which is nearer to Tee Mall / Metro station, avoiding the quiet street. Royal hotel's superior and deluxeroom has been refurbished this year
