Good thing is free shuttle bus to canton fair. Otherwise cleanliness can be improved, interior was old, and awaken by loud sounds from the bathroom at night during the storm.

Excellent
Have a very nice one-day stay in this hotel. Although hotel's hardware is not the best, the service is the excellent. Central location and reasonable price. Will stay again in next trip.

A short stay at YiHe Hotel
It’s satisfactory. Not a large or fancy hotel, but clean and quiet. The WiFi was poor and got frequently cut off. Breakfast wasn’t included. No instant coffee provided in the room, only tea bags were served.

区庄駅と淘金駅のちょうど真ん中くらいにあって非常に便利が良いです。 多少古い建物ですが　宿泊した部屋はキレイにされてました。 階下にはコンビニも併設されてるので全く不便はないと思います。

great area to stay in, close to Baima and Liyun markets and Parc central, great garden area further down the road to go for a walk in. should of done a bit more research of the area, great turkish restaurant a few blocks down the road. Otherwise very convenient to everything. Only one small thing,upgrade the gym and carpet, otherwise everything else was fine :)

Major con is hotel too old. Now the pros: Clean bed sheets, clean towels, friendly staff, complimentary fruits in room which you rarely find in most hotels. Internet averagely good. I wish I could give them 5 star, but it’s very old that wear & tear is so visible that makes you even think it’s dirty. Needs total renovation. The pictures look better than the reality But for someone who doesn’t value that, believe me you will enjoy it as everyone has his or her own priority.

Good hotel
The location does not very close to subway, especially when you are with luggage. The facility is ok, TV has to pay extra money to watch, or do not have to but I do not know how to find it. The room has smoking smell, even they had an option for non smoking room, but this was inevitable in China. Many night-time food (before 9pm), and also the convenience store next to the hotel.

Near train station, Clean, small, comfortable
I lived two nights here. The hotel is near train station which is easy to get train. Although the room is small but clean with computer and TV. The price is a little bit high and not with the same rate if you book in different time for the same room.

糟糕的員工已經令第一印象十分差
大年初二入住酒店，打算和家人度過愉快的晚上。 在入住前曾致電到櫃檯，打算詢問check in問題時，接線員工竟然問也不問就跟我說【你是網上訂的就自己打去網上問，不要問我】我不是問訂單問題，只是想查詢check in問題，卻遭受如此不禮貌的對待。我再次提出我只是想問check in 問題，你們應該可以解答，該名員工甚至跟我說【你是否有毛病？】【都說了不要問我？】我提出找負責人/經理接線時，跟切了我的線，其後再打電話過去也遭受一樣對待。 我想問這是否頤和酒店希望提供給客人的服務？在新年期間罵客人？我在翌日向經理作出投訴時，經理說會跟進并回復我，但我至今仍未收到任何回復。 我對是次住宿感覺失望透點。 各位準備入住的住客也要小心考慮，隨時會遭受員工的氣。 I am really disappointed about their receptionist's attitude. Before I checked in the hotel, I was trying to call in their hotel and ask some questions about check in. Their staff immediately tell me “I know nothing! if you book it through website, you should call your website not us!!!" with a really bad tone. Then I was trying to explain to her I am not asking booking questions but check in questions, their staff even said "what's wrong with you? Are you insane? I told you to call the website!" and cut off my call. With this bad impression, I dont think this hotel manage their staff well and good enough to provide good service to their clients. For the guests who may visit soon, you better think clear before you book.

Best for Smokers
The air in my room and corridors of the hotel was pungent with cigarette smoke. I do not have breathing issues but I developed one whilst I was in this hotel. I felt sick, had difficulty breathing especially at night, some nights I thought I was going to die. I complained and they moved me to a floor that was supposed to be no smoking floor, but it made no difference. The best help the hotel staff could give me was to advise me to open my window. The carpet was dirty in both the hallways and the rooms I stayed. People smoke freely everywhere including inside the hotel lifts and foyer or reception. Extremely disappointed would not recommend to anyone.The hotel staff have no regard for guest wishes.

不推荐！ Not Recommended!
首先说，订房页面地图位置是错的，是在对面街，距离花圈酒店或是地铁站还是有点距离的！ 酒店娄底很矮，他们是把一层楼隔开变两层楼的，不建议身高有180公分以上的人入住！ 酒店有些老旧，我住的房间的马桶也是破的，以后不回来了！

Convenient location but a bit old and need renovation. Reasonable based on the price we paid. Yet, a bit disappointed their staff told us that breakfast was not included because we paid a lower rate.

平價又簡單的商務賓館
感覺上廣州市頤和賓館已經超過15年以上了，房間的擺設算整齊，服務人員也很到位，就是設備太老舊，需要翻新了。附近交通算很方便，近地鐵口四通八達，到廣州的重要景點都可以搭乘捷運出行。
