"Absolutely disgusting and deeply disappointing. My wife and I drove 10 hours to Georgia for a friend’s celebration of life. We needed a hotel for just one night and chose this one because of its lower rate. What a mistake. We arrived very late and checked the room for bedbugs, as we always do. We never imagined we would encounter FLEAS. After showering and getting ready for bed, we discovered fleas jumping in the bed. "Clean, quiet, yummy breakfast and the most helpful and friendliest staff."

"we have stayed here several times on visits to Cummings. Good food within walking distance and close to everything else that you need to do."

"Front desk gave me keycard and told me I was in XXX. Went up to XXX, keycard did not work. Went back down, he said let me fix that. Then put XXX. So I was trying to get into someone else's room. Not cool. Also could not get onto wifi as that issue. AC kept going off during the night, room was stuffy. Not the best hotel I've stayed at."

"Great service"

I left as early as I could in the morning because there was no use in trying to get good sleep. The linens were clean but the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly as I found dirt and eyelashes on the bathroom floor."

"Staff gets a 10/10. Ownership seems to be more the issue. My stay was 10 days. Fitness area and pool area unbearably hot, back door to building would not close completely, molding on stair edge partially detached, signage lighting partially out. These are issues that the owner needs to address. But again, the management staff was top-notch and made for an overall good experience"

"The staff was decent. I was expecting more friendly. The room could be cleaner, but everything else was OK."

"The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly."
