"Beware!!! Checked in to a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Was moved to a different room as requested. Completed the stay with no other issues until I received a $100 charge to my account the following day after checkout. I called property and they wouldn’t tell me what it was for except loss/damage. I emailed property management only to receive a call hours later saying that the room had smelled like smoke and I was charged $100!!! I don’t smoke. Complained...

"First they put us in a conjoined room without informing us prior, traveling with young children so this was a big NO for us.
