"The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"

Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. "This incredible space is inside the Seven star adventure park ....gardens , walks, cave tour,zoo,waterfalls sit and watch the monkey antics from hotel verandah.. walk outside the park..lots of shopping and eateries..friendly locals.. Staff are exceptional (with good english speaking hosts) "

"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"
