"10/10 location. Quick walk to Pier 60, shops and several food choices on both sides of the strip. Pool clean and staff friendly. Room had beautiful ocean view. Sunsets are stunning. The balcony was nice although I am not sure why the placement of all hotel cooling units are directly below. They are constantly running and take away some of the beauty. Room had a dirty sock and food from the people who stayed before us. Duvet cover had old blood spots on one bed and some kind of fluid on the other. Bathroom ceilings had some mold spots, a missing towel hook and sideways wall switch. The showers themselves have a tiny spot for personal toiletries. A shower caddy would correct that. The elevator jumped while in it. It ended up being out of service later in the evening on that same day and took 3 days before it was fixed. I chose not to go back on that one. The beach towels are in rough shape. There should be self parking, not just valet. Not sure I'd stay here again. I had much higher standards for the Hilton brand especially for the rates charged."

"Absolutely love staying at Pensacola Resort. It’s beautifully decorated, and the room is quiet & very comfortable. There is a small gift shop that had a friendly worker that I enjoyed chatting with- all staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.. The Tiki bar by the pool was good for a quick lunch, The pool seemed nice, but I noticed several chairs were not in good condition which was surprising and were not being used- maybe since it was early in the season they had not been updated. I had dinner at the bar on this visit, but the restaurant is also very good if you want to stay in. I would highly recommend!"
