"It is walking distance within the shopping area and restaurants in Shimending, just right at the doorstep. They have complimentary breakfast which was nice. I must say that the room we got was a bit tight but the bed was huge and very comfortable for two people. Daily room cleaning was also good."

As a first timer visiting Taiwan, the staff, Sherry and Mio spent their time to show me where and how to go places. They are very polite and friendly. "We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend."
