"The restaurant was closed. The room was clean but there were some issues in the bathroom with the shower. We didn't use the air conditioning because it was a lovely night."

"Exceptional experience but parking is a concern. Due to the unsatisfactory parking situation ( only valet available) I’d consider another hotel next stay in Devonport. Sorry To send a customer into a public undercover parking, is not standard to me. I’d like to have my car safe nearby. Also suggest a room service with some food and beverages, not just what’s in the minibar, is standard in other Novotels."

"Had an amazing stay here at Wilder. We really enjoyed being immersed in nature, while still having all the comforts of a hotel stay. The dome, the outdoor bath and the lodge were highlights and gave the experience some depth. The backdrop is breathtaking and it's located not too far from Cradle Mountain which is some of the prettiest landscape in the country. Host (Matt) was great. Everything is well thought out and you can tell lots of love has been put into this place. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed in a private 4 bed bunk room with 1 double and 2 bunk beds. The bedroom was small but fine for the 2 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great place to meet other guests. The shared shower and toilet facilities were clean and a good standard. My criticism is that the price was too high, approx double the price of other holiday chalet style accommodation we stayed in which had private facilities."

"Room was excellent. The only issue was that we didn’t receive a message with our lockbox combination to get in the room. We went to the cafe down the road and they were able to get it for us. So no harm done, but if the cafe was closed we might have been in trouble. I’m sure this is a one of though, so please don’t let it deter you from a fantastic stay!"

"I was excited to finally stay at this Boutique Accommodation… I’ll not to it again. The two stars are for: 1 the astounding view and 2 the bed. The linen was yellowed with age and stains. The towels were the same. The bathroom was in the process of being renovated; new vanity didn’t quite fit so there are missing skirting and mismatched paint. The “inviting lounge” area is anything but. The help yourself fruit and nuts were all way past deadline date. And stools along the front bench were covered in cobwebs. What a shame …"
