"The management team was very quick to respond and correct a booking error made either by us or something with the Expedia site (we thought we booked the family room, but the room full of bunk beds was reserved). "This was my first time checking into a hotel with a virtual check-in process. There is no lobby, and the process was easier than expected. The key is to call the number where you made the reservation, e.g. Expedia will have link to virtual check-in process and policy. This dump needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
