"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "This is our second time here in Sankt Gallenkirch and skiing at the resort!! We had such a good time and the skiing was great!! "If you’re looking for “fancy,” this is not it. If instead you are looking for something homey, charming, and authentically Bavarian, this is excellent. Three other details: First, it’s worth noting that this is not remote, like the pictures might make you think; it’s on the main road that passes through the town, and there is mild noise of cars with your window open.
